Setting up Schedules

  1. Go to Menu > Set up Schedules
  2. Select the Groups that you want to set up

  3. Select the employees you want to set up. Select multiple employees by Control+Clicking each one

  4. Set the Pattern Start Date
  5. Set the Pattern End Date
  6. Set the Repeat pattern days

  7. Enter the Schedule Pattern for the first Employee
    1. Set the Activity on the dropdown (e.g. Patrol)
    2. Enter the time in the first box 0500-1700
    3. Leave the second box blank (unless you need to use it for a split shift like 0800-1200 & 1300-1700)
    4. Click on the Copy To All button. This will copy the activity and time span to all the days.

    5. Then use the Clear button to delete work on the employee’s days off.

    6. With the pattern set up for this first employee, click inside one of the time cells and click on the Copy Down button to copy this schedule to the employee below

    7. Use the Shift All Days Right and Shift All Days Left buttons to move the shift pattern right or left

    8. Use the Copy Row Down to copy the exact schedule to the person below, and repeat.

    9. When you are done with all the schedules, click Save


To change someone's activity, click on the Apply Activity button, and it will change the rest of the activities to match.


On the overview, the yellow box indicates the pattern start. In this case, it is a 14 day pattern starting June 2. This pattern repeats until another yellow box appears on the timeline - which pattern will override the first pattern.
