How to Move an Employee to a Different Group

  1. Go to Menu > Organization Setup > Groups & Departments
  2. Select Schedule View Grouping on the upper left dropdown menu
  3. Enter the date that you want these changes to take effect
  4. Click LOAD button

  1. Click the triangle to open the list on the shift you will be moving an employee from
  2. Use the move box to drag and drop the employee to a new group and release
  3. Click SAVE CHANGES button

Note: The Group Assignments As Of date will overwrite any future changes that have been made.
